Vissani é umbro e io marchigiana. Ma non solo per la vicinanza geografica mi é simpatico quest'omone un po' rude, spontaneo e bravissimo cuoco. 2 patate medie
20 castagne lessate

Si trita la pancetta e si mette in una padella finche é ben colorita. A questo punto si aggiungono le arachidi tritate pure loro e vi si spadellano gli spaghetti cotti al dente. Fine dell'opera. Le ho fatto a occhio poichè in campagna non trovavo più la bilancia... Il procedimento é semplice: si tritano i funghi ammollati e sciacquati e si fanno andare, assieme alla carne, con aglio e prezzemoli tritati in un po' di olio.
